How do I sign up?


How does the subscription work?

As a Canndora Club Member, you’ll get a box of fabulous cannabis accessories delivered three times a year. Each box is limited edition and contains $125+ in retail value. Boxes are shipped in November, March, July

What is the difference between the annual subscription and the seasonal subscription?

With an annual subscription, you can prepay $200* for a full year of Canndora Club (that's 3 boxes). 

A seasonal subscription renews 3x per year for $69.95*, you will be auto-renewed 3x per year, until you request otherwise. Please email to launch your seasonal subscription. 

Can I buy just one box?

The shop is a way to shop Canndora at any time! Items in the shop may include additional boxes, past box items, and items from brands we love! Shop inventory varies frequently so don’t wait if you see a product you love!



What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box.

Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle if you are a seasonal subscriber. 

 Annual subscriptions are prepaid for one year of membership and are non-refundable.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Canndora purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of VIP boxes, box items, additional box purchases, or shop/warehouse sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.



When will I be billed?

Seasonal Subscribers:

If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first box in your subscription. Thereafter (so, three times a year) when we release our next seasonal box, your credit card will be charged $69.95 US 1-2 weeks before the box goes out (sales tax and shipping fees to the US and Canada may apply) until you cancel your account. 

Annual Subscribers:

You will be billed $200 US immediately upon sign up for your annual membership, this charge covers you for 3 Canndora boxes. 

What if I sign up between seasons?

If you sign up in between seasons, you will get the seasonal box that is currently shipping! The order form will also note which box will be the 1st box in your subscription.

What will be in my Canndora box?

Some of contents of your box are going to be a surprise – that’s part of the fun of it! From time to time, we’ll send teaser emails revealing certain items in advance, so stay tuned to your email for details.

I saw one of your ads, is that what will be in my box?

Many of our ads display variations of products that have been featured in past boxes. We love to showcase our most loved brands and products Upon ordering, the order form will display which box your subscription will start with.

I filled out a survey all about myself, does this mean boxes are personalized?

While we are not yet personalizing boxes, we are always working to curate the most exciting VIP boxes. When you subscribe, you will be prompted to fill out a survey, which will help us in the future select products that are more in tune with your personal tastes!
